Our Practice
Our practice was established in 1988, by husband and wife team, Vijay and Varsha Vithani. The practice, which was then called the Vijay Vithani Dental Practice, was one of the first businesses to trade within the newly built Thamesmead Town Centre.
Offering both NHS and private treatment, the Practice quickly became embedded in the local community, and Vijay and his team have built a loyal patient base over the years.
The practice prides itself on being at the forefront of dentistry, employing the latest evidenced backed techniques and using state of the art technology – such as our pioneering use of Therozone (highly oxygenated water) in the treatment of periodontitis.
In August 2014 Vijay’s daughter Keya joined the Practice as an Associate Dentist, and began a series of processes to re-brand the practice, culminating in the launch of Clocktower Dental in 2016.
As well as our high quality dental care, Clocktower Dental continues to provide a warm and friendly welcome to all its patients, and values its role within the Thamesmead community as much as it did back in 1988 – sponsoring local events and offering visits to local schools to spread the word of good dental hygiene to local children.
